PUEBLO, January 13, 2025 – Fuel Kitchens, in partnership with the Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce and the Pueblo Chile Growers Association, is proud to announce the launch of Genuine Pueblo™, a brand that reflects the persevering spirit of Pueblo’s community of makers while empowering locals through economic growth, cultural pride, and opportunities for small businesses.
This launch marks a transition from the Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce's original salsa, previously distributed directly by the Chamber, to a revamped salsa recipe and independent brand focused on getting Pueblo’s bountiful produce into more homes throughout Colorado. The household staple is currently available for purchase at genuinepueblo.com and select retailers like Peppers and Petals.
We created Genuine Pueblo to honor Pueblo’s rich agricultural history and long-standing family values. This flavorful tribute to the Pueblo Chile, selectively bred by dedicated farmers, comes from the fertile fields of St. Charles Mesa. It delivers the unmistakable taste of Pueblo to families, creating cherished moments around food after a long day's work.
Our locally sourced, small-batched salsa, the debut product for the brand, is part of a larger movement: Death Before Hatch. This playful phrase is the hallmark of Genuine Pueblo’s soon-to-be line of products with Pueblo Chile inside.

Adjacent to the Arkansas River, our unique 'banana belt' location creates the perfect microclimate with warmer temperatures and less snowfall than other parts of Colorado.
